Sparring = All groups will begin with double elimination sparring followed by fitness requirements.

Breaking = You must complete your required breaks.

Pull ups = Chin must go above bar, head must drop below bar, arms must extend past 90 degrees when going below the bar and the head must stay straight. The person in charge will count the pull ups. A full pull up counts when a person goes up then down and controls the movement and pauses at the end of the down position.

Sit ups = Helper must count out load and can only kneel across their feet. Hands must be holding lapel, arms crossed, elbows must touch knees when sitting up.

Push ups = One person at a time will perform push ups. Chest must come close enough to the ground that the shoulders drop below the plane of the elbows during the “down” portion of the pushup and the arms must fully extend on the “up” portion of the pushup. The body must remain straight.

Bag Kick = 25’ for a minimum passing score.
